What is your return policy?

We do not exchange but we accept return. You may return your item and credit voucher will be refunded for your next purchase. You may use it to purchase your preferred item. 

We only accept returns for items that are in its original condition (with tag attached, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Delivery fees to return your order, if any, will not be refunded.

*** Purchase of sale items (with promotion price), intimates, swimwear, accessories, mask, under wear and bags are final and cannot be returned. ***

  • Return must be done within 10 working days upon receiving your order.
  • Sales items, intimates, swims wear, mask, accessories and bags are not eligible for return.
  • Return shipping costs will be borne by customers.
  • Return must be done for an item in its original condition (tag attached, unworn, unwashed and unaltered).
  • We reserve the right to reject any returned item if it doesn't meet all mentioned conditions.
  • Store credit voucher can only be used once, not applicable with any other further discount and must be redeemed within 90 days from the date issued.
  • You are responsible for the shipping costs and custom duty of returned item.
  • You are responsible for the item until it reaches us and kindly retain all proof of mailing until an acknowledgement has been sent.

Shipping & Delivery

For ready stocks order, we will mail out your parcel within 1-2 working days after your payment being verified.

An email / notification with tracking info will be sent to you once your item has been shipped.

For all Malaysia orders, all items will be mailed out by using express mail which takes 1 - 3 working days to reach.

Additional postage fee will be collected for re-delivery if the parcel is bounced back to us.

All parcels need to be signed upon receipt. Please track your parcel with the provided tracking numbers once it being mailed by us.
